Service Description

This Class is for Master Ding Academy members (single membership is £30 a year). It is 1 hour of traditional Advanced Yang Style Internal Power Training and Martial Arts Applications from beginner to advanced level. The class will commence immediately after the usual evening class which runs from 7-8.30pm. If you are not attending the earlier class, please do come warmed up in order to avoid injury.
